YOGA

Vinyasa yoga is more dynamic, with a flowing sequence of postures and synchronized breaths. Vinyasa is more physical and works on your strength as well as your mental capacity.
CHI - GONG
Traditional Chinese gymnastics, based on the knowledge and control of vital energy, and combining slow movements, breathing exercises, concentration and self-massages.
BREATHING
To regain awareness of one's breathing, not only as a natural and instinctive phenomenon, but as a thoughtful, voluntary and controlled action. It is about re-learning to breathe properly,
in accordance with the needs of the body.
MEDITATION
